BAKAGAME - Cybird


Cybird, a mobile content provider, wanted to increase their profile and become a leading presence in the mobile entertainment industry.

Inspired by old school bubblegum machines, where people put coins in to get toys at random, a website was developed where people could cash in web tokens to get one of 50 mobile games for their phone. Users would experience the same level of chance but be guaranteed a different game every time.

The site was concepted, designed and programmed especially for this campaign. The site went on to become the 2nd most popular mini-game site in Japan and was pivotal in the creation of the mobile content trend that followed.
